Your letter of Feb 15th/87
concerning your trouble to secure
the consent of the "Public Printer" to
use the (10) plates from publications
of the Department of Agriculture in your
work in "Grasses and Forage plants," was
received. I am sorry that the matter
did not reach me at an earlier day
as the pressure of matters at this stage
of the received claims all of my time.
