Dear Charles. I was
very glad to get a letter from

seem possible that we are
so far apart, and yet it is so,
I cant relize that I am hear
only by the mild pleasant
weather that is hear. It is
summer all the year, all kinds
of insects are just as lively as
in the summer North, and
the mosquitoes are not to be
forgotten as they are yet [?]
