American Forestry Association.

ROCHESTER MEETING.

SECRETARY'S OFFICE,

July 10, 1882.

On the call of the former president, a meeting was held at Rochester, New York, June 20-21, when the following action was had:

A simple form of constitution was adopted, to take the place of that under which the association has been governed since 1876.

The following officers were elected:

PRESIDENT, . . DR. GEO. B. LORING.

SECRETARY, . . J. JENKINS.

COR. SECRETARY, R. B. WARDER.

TREASURER, . . D. W. BEADLE

1ST VICE-PRES'T, JOHN A. WARDER.

And VICE-PRESIDENTS for several States and provinces.
