Justin of [?] or Master in [?] for which acknowledgement except before court a [change?] of a cour of record must attach his [?] under [?] that the officer has a right to as such. That his signature is genuine and that the acknowledgement is taken according to the laws of the [state?] when [sic.] [?].

If deed is executed out of the U. S. it must be acknowledged before a Notary Public, [?] [?], [?] [?] [?] [Resident?], Commissioner or Counsel of the U. S.
