I am very glad to know
that you intend to send the Gazette some
notes from your laboratory. Be assured
that I will remind you of the promise so
solemnly given.
I am using your botany this term to
my very great satisfaction. A note from
Prof. Goodale says he is glad his review of
your book miscarried, as he thinks your Part
II will be more useful than Part I. So, see
if you shouldwrite for all of us you would
